Easy Turkey Tetrazzini Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 oz. spaghetti, boil until soft
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • ½ red sweet pepper, sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion
  • ½ pkg. frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 small can black olives, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ¾ tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. turkey in chunks
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (for topping)
Instructions
  1. Microwave (or saute) onions and pepper to soften. Don't overcook. Heat frozen peas and carrots in microwave for 2 minutes or until warm.
  2. Place remainder of ingredients (less cheddar cheeses) in a large casserole dish. Mix well. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  3. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
