Easy Turkey Tetrazzini Recipe

- 12 oz. spaghetti, boil until soft
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- ½ red sweet pepper, sliced
- ¼ cup red onion
- ½ pkg. frozen peas and carrots
- 1 small can black olives, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ¾ tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. turkey in chunks
- 1 c. milk
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (for topping)
- Microwave (or saute) onions and pepper to soften. Don't overcook. Heat frozen peas and carrots in microwave for 2 minutes or until warm.
- Place remainder of ingredients (less cheddar cheeses) in a large casserole dish. Mix well. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cook at 350 for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
