• ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
• 4 Eggs
• 1 ¼ Cups of Vegetable Oil
• 1 Pound of Frozen Strawberries (16 Ounces)
• Butter

Supplies You Need

• Two 9 x 5 Inch Loaf Pans
• Electric Beaters
• Large Mixing Bowl
• Medium Mixing Bowl
• Mixing Spoon
• Measuring Cups
• Measuring Spoons

Making the Bread

• Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Farenheit and taking out the ingredients and supplies. Then take your large mixing bowl and add the all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix together well with your mixing spoon and set aside.
• In your medium mixing bowl start by cracking and pouring all four eggs. Make sure no eggshells are left behind. Then add the vegetable oil and mix together with your electric beaters.
• Once blended completely pour the wet ingredients into the large bowl with dry ingredients and mix again with the electric beaters.
• Finally add the frozen strawberries to the batter and mix together well with a spoon. Then grease the two loaf pans with butter on a paper towel and then pour half of the batter into each pan. Spread evenly with your spoon and place in the oven.
• Bake for 1 hour or until you can put a toothpick in the middle without pulling any batter other when you remove it. Place on the stove to cool for 10 to 15 minutes until it is ready to be removed from the loaf pan. Enjoy!
